Megas XLR was a Cartoon Network show that ran May 1, 2004 –January 15, 2005 (with the pilot airing in 2002) and was basically an "giant robot anime but American and set in early 2000's New Jersey" and it rocked, but because of taxes CN can never air it or talk about it every again in the US because legal bullshit or something.

It might be on YouTube though.
